He is practicing as a Company Secretary and being a Prop. M/s. Subhash & Associates.

He has rich experience of more than 30 years in Corporate Laws Compliance & Management Services.

Besides, exposure in company law  and SEBI or Stock Exchange related compliances in filing of returns /documents with the concerned authorities including Registrar of Companies and obtaining approvals from Regional Director/MCA etc, the emphasis mainly has been laid down in the maintenance of statutory record in the Companies including MINUTES BOOK, attendance records etc.  

His area of practice includes corporate and commercial laws, Joint Ventures,  Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Market & Securities Laws, Foreign Direct Investment Laws, He has drafted and successfully negotiated several commercial contracts viz., Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Loan Contracts, Technology Transfer Agreements, Employment Contracts, Memorandum of Understandings, and Non – Disclosure Agreements, Service Contracts and various transactional based commercial contracts. He regularly appears before specialized tribunals including, Company Law Board, Regional Director – MCA, RBI, and Labour Laws.

Conducted Secretarial Audit of large sized Companies and also issued Reports in MGT 8 and MR 3 forms as prescribed during the last three years to various clients.
